Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kigali City Tour.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our company representative who will brief you and depending on the time you arrive, you will be taken to do the city tour, visiting the Kigali memorial genocide, take a tour around the market for local species, we will have lunch and later transfer to the Volcanoes National Park, it takes approximately 2 hours to arrive at the destination, dinner and staying overnight at
Bisate Gorilla Lodge.
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Kigali
Following a morning breakfast, we will transfer to the national park headquarters for a morning briefing, they will tell you about the mountain gorilla families present in the park and how to conduct your self during a gorilla trekking activity, in groups of eight per gorilla family you will be led into forest, expect to meet these gentle mammals for an hour, and return to meet your guide for an arranged brief meal before we transfer to the Kigali International Airport for departure.
