Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On this day you will have the start of your dream to experiencing mountain gorillas, upon arrival a Sejolyne Luxury Safaris tour guide will welcome you and transfer to the national park it is a long drive so preferably choose a flight that arrives early morning, it takes approximately 9 hours drive to arrive at the destination, we will stop over on Mbarara for lunch and proceed with our journey arriving for dinner and staying overnight at
Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking
Early morning breakfast, and your guide will transfer you to the park headquarters for a morning briefing from the Uganda wildlife authority team, the is mostly commenced with a traditional dance from the locals, the guide will tell you on how best conduct yourself while with the primates, and in groups of eight per gorilla family the hike begins it takes 2 – 8 hours depending on how far the species have moved, an hour is allowed to spend with the gorillas and return to the lodge for dinner and staying overnight at
Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge

Day 3: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Lake Bunyonyi is Uganda’s deepest lake formed as a result of volcanicity, the lake is beautifully partitioned into eye catching islands by nature, the amazing journey toward the lake will take you through the angelic banana and tea plantations of the Kigezi highlands, we will arrive in time for a hot lunch and an afternoon canoe cruise to the animal island and other 2 special ones, optional activity is the Zip line. Dinner and staying overnight at the
Birds Nest Lodge.

Day 3: Departure
Have an early morning breakfast after which we will transfer to Entebbe or Kampala for departure. Stop over at the Equator for picture moment, lunch and proceed to catch your international flight back home
